Ranbuild major sponsor of Dale Wood Racing for the 2023 Porsche Carerra Cup
Australia’s premier shed and garage supplier Ranbuild has announced their major sponsorship of Dale Wood Racing (DWR) for the 2023 season of the Australian Porsche Carrera Cup.
Ranbuild’s General Manager Chris Currie said “Ranbuild are excited for our first major sponsorship in Australian motor racing, and it made sense to align with such a competitive driver as Dale Wood”. Ranbuild see Dale Wood Racing as a great fit for our premium shed brand. With a national footprint of over 100 accredited shed dealer locations throughout Australia, the Porsche Carrera Cup offers Ranbuild exposure in both our regional and metro markets.
Dale Wood is an experienced, accomplished, and competitive driver, having raced to great success in the Supercars, and Super2 series, before making his way to the Carrera Cup Australia Series in 2018. Dale’s 25-round career to date includes two round wins, 10 race wins and a trio of pole positions. DWR started the 2023 season with a bang, winning the recently completed Darwin round.
With eight races in different state locations across the country scheduled for the 2023 season, Ranbuild’s partnership follows as interest for the racing series increases, with almost one million people attending the 2022 races and broadcast to a television audience of 4.6 million.
Ranbuild’s sponsorship will commence with Race 3 of the Porsche Carrera Cup held in Townsville July 07-09-2023. Look for the Ranbuild branded Dale Wood car as Dale plans to capitalise on his strong start to the 2023 season.
